Bib Collection
Bibs are collected from the undercover area beside the tennis pavilion at Roseville Park Oval.
When do I collect my bib?
Friday 21 May (2–6pm)
or
Saturday 22 May (12–6pm).
We strongly encourage collecting your bib on one of these days if at all possible — if you have no choice but to collect on race day, please arrive at least 60 minutes before your event.
It can get chaotic if lots of people leave it to race day, and we don't want you to miss your start!
My QR Code?
You will be sent a unqiue QR code by email a few days prior to race day. You will need the QR code with you when you collect your bib. If you can't find it, check for an email from Lindfield Fun Run registration, as these go out via mail merge. If you registered multiple runners, you'll receive one email per runner, so please bring them all (on your phone or printed) when collecting bibs.
I ordered my bib to be posted?
If you selected and paid for bib mailout when you register, it should arrive by 15th May. If your bib hasn't arrived by then, or the bib you receive is for the wrong distance, please come to Roseville Park Oval during the collection times we've listed and we'll issue you a replacement.
This Event is For Everyone!
Whatever your pace, you belong here.
We run rain, hail or shine (within reason!) If there's light rain, the event goes ahead, so pack a jacket or warm layer just in case, especially for afterwards on the Oval.
Everything you need to know about the race itself:
Start Times
10km at 8:30am,
5km at 9:15am
2km at 9:45am
All runs start on Marjorie St, adjacent to the Oval.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your race.
Timing my race
Your race time is recorded when you cross the official timing mats. Don't cross the mats before your race begins (so that you don't start the timer too early), and make sure you run over them at the start and finish; 5km runners also need to cross the halfway timing mat on Northcote Road once, and 10km runners need to cross it twice for your time to record accurately.
Pacing
Experienced Sydney Striders runners will be pacing the 5km and 10km, easily spotted by their flags showing target finish times at the start line. Pacers are available for the 10km from 40 to 65 minutes, and the 5km from 20 to 35 minutes, helping runners of all abilities stay on track with confidence.
Water and Safety
Water stations are located on the Oval, on Northcote Road and on Gregory Lane.
St John Ambulance is on site throughout the event. If you need assistance during the race, just let the nearest marshal or traffic controller know.
Parking
Recommended parking areas include the roads east of Archbold Road, Woodlands Road, Carnarvon Road, and Chelmsford Avenue near Archbold Road.
Please follow signage and marshal directions on the day.
Prefer to leave the car at home? It's an easy 20-minute walk from Lindfield or Roseville Station: head down Tryon Road towards Archbold Road, cross at the lights and continue along Cranbrook Avenue to Roseville Oval, or catch the 558 bus, which stops close to the Oval.
Photos
Official event photographers will be positioned around the course and the Oval throughout the day. Your photos will be searchable by bib number, time or location, uploaded on Sunday afternoon, and available to purchase.

New in 2027
For 2027, we've welcomed The Village Chef as a new charity partner alongside KYDS Youth Counselling, Mentoring Men and the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women's Shelter, and we've launched an online raffle to help raise even more for these great causes.
In 2026 we also introduced the Community Participation Champions trophy, awarded to the school with the highest number of runners as a
percentage of their total student enrolment - giving smaller schools just as much chance to take out the title.
