Frequently Asked Questions

Got a question about the Lindfield Fun Run? Here's what people ask us most:

Do I have to register in advance?

add remove
Yes - bibs are electronically chipped, so registration is required, with options to have your bib mailed out or collected on site. See Register to Run for the full details. You can register on the day, although a small late fee applies and cash isn't accepted. See Register to Run for current fees.

What if I can't collect my bib before the event?

add remove
You can collect it at Roseville Park Oval on race morning - just arrive at least 60 minutes before your start. See On the Day Info for bib collection times and locations.

Do I have to fundraise?

add remove

Fundraising is not mandatory, but we would be delighted if you could help us raise the extra funds that KYDS Youth Counselling, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women's Shelter and Mentoring Men need to ensure no one in our community falls through the gaps.
While their work is different, what unites these organisations is a shared commitment to being there when people are most vulnerable - offering safety, care and connection so no one has to face life's challenges alone.
See Fundraising Resources to get started.

Where does the money raised go?

add remove
Evert dollar raised supports KYDS Youth Counselling, Mentoring Men, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women's Shelter and The Village Chef. See About the Charities to read more about each one.

How can I volunteer?

The event goes ahead in light rain, so pack a jacket for afterwards - we'll only postpone in genuinely unsafe conditions. See On the Day Info for more.

add remove
Absolutely, provided you're closely related - friends can't register under a family entry. See Register to Run for how family entries work.
