Register Your School!
We'd love to welcome your school to the Lindfield Fun Run! Taking part is a great way to foster school and community spirit, promote health and fitness, and support a great cause.
Form a school team and take part in the KYDS Schools Challenge, with three
awards up for grabs: Registration Champions (highest number of registrations), Fundraising Champions (most funds raised), and Community Participation Champions (highest proportion of the school's enrolment registered).
If you're a teacher, coach or parent setting up a team without running yourself, we can provide a special no-cost promo code so you can register and set up the team as a non-participating team leader. Just send your school name, your name, position and mobile number to info@lindfieldfunrun.org.au, and we'll send you a promo code to enter in the credit card payment area when you register — then set up your team as described below:
Step By Step Guide to Register Your School (For Teachers).
2. The team leader registers first and, during registration selects "Create Team?", enters team name and fundraising target
3. Set "Allow anyone to join my team to "Yes". This creates a "Join Us" link on the team page. Other students and their families can click that link to join using the agreed on team name and password.
4. Once set up, the team page can be customised with a banner photo (1200x500) and a short description of your school and why you're running. This is a great way to rally your school community behind your team. You can also add a team passcode to control who can join.
5. Students and teachers can join using the team leader's link, by searching for the team name on the donations page and clicking "join us", or directly during their own registration. Each runner can also customise their own personal fundraising page - a name, a short note about their why, and a photo all help bring in donations.
6. Once your team is set up, visit Fundraising Resources for tips on how to fundraise as a school.
