I have decided to raise much-needed funds to support the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shelter. This vital organisation is committed to providing a safe refuge for women and children fleeing domestic violence and homelessness.

The shelter offers essential services such as emergency accommodation, counselling, legal support, and programmes designed to help women regain their independence and rebuild their lives. Their mission is to ensure that women and children have the necessary support to feel safe, secure, and empowered to move forward.

This will provide an online workshop for young people who are waiting for 1:1 support

Every two donations of this size will cover the cost of delivering one counselling session to a vulnerable young person

This will fund the time that counsellors need to collaborate with other service providers to ensure that young people get wrap-around support where the needs are complex.
